EMC损坏硬盘更换及恢复过程

更换EMC损坏的磁盘以后，盘阵会自动开始把hot spare备份的数据恢复过来。
然后把启用的hot spare盘恢复到初始备用状态。

我们可以通过命令来观察这一过程，首先看新换上来的硬盘，注意此时的状态为Equalizing，也就是正在进行平衡的过程:
