我执行了这个语句（3条，每组一条）alter database add logfile member '/export/home/oraceldata/redo03_01.log' to group 3;就出了以下这种错误
ORA-00313: open failed for members of log group 3 of thread 1
ORA-00313: open failed for members of log group 1 of thread 1
ORA-00313: open failed for members of log group 1 of thread 1
这是我改了之后重起数据库时报的错，但是我没看出来数据库运行受到什么影响，不知道这个错误严重不严重，能不能解决
