How to delete duplicated record in Oracle?

And contains duplicated records based on primary key(COL1,COL2), how to delete them?

How is the DML performance of single table index cluster?

 I noticed that there is a option "SINGLE TABLE" when create hash cluster, but cannot specify this option when create index cluster, when we want to improve the data cluster factor, we will first think of using IOT, but IOT must have an primary key, but I think I can create an index cluster, and make sure only one table is created on this cluster, so the data cluster factor is better, if I can determine the size parameter of the create statement, the full scan degradation can also be controled.

 But I don't know the DML affection commpare to the normal table.
