　　alter database open后的郁闷问题(ORA-01033)
Oracle 99.2.0.1.0
无法启动数据库
表现为：启数据库后能以sysdba的身份连接,而无法以normal身份连接,提示Ora-01033:ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress
一步步执行启动startup nomount ->alter database mount->alter database open
到alter database open就卡住了,光标一直停在下一行闪烁
似乎是alter database open执行后没有得到返回确认信息,致使数据库一直认为数据库还没启动完毕

盖老师，这个问题要怎么解决啊？

　　关于scn检验说法的文章，选择一个以便于您的解答：

当数据库启动时，Oracle先检查控制文件中的每个Datafile Checkpoint SCN和数据文件中的Start SCN是否相同，再检查每个Datafile Checkpoint SCN和Stop SCN是否相同。如果发现有不同，就从Redo Log中找到丢失的SCN，重新写入数据文件中进行恢复。具体的数据恢复过程这里就不再赘述。

　　大师，都这么叫，我也这么称呼您吧，好像您也比我们大不了多少。最近在看您的《深入浅出》一书。有疑惑的地方请您指教。
  关于scn和cnt的问题。
  在网上看到好多文章都说数据库启动检验的第一步并非是检验的cnt而是scn。我想流传广泛并非没有道理。您可否详细给我们解释下呢，两者检验是否异曲同工？因为曾经问过多人都未果。
 希望您能看到我的流言，更希望我能幸运的得到您的回复，因为郁闷了我好久好久了，呵呵

When we restarted the RMAN backup, the system alert log indicated an error in the trc at udump. However, I checked the trc file, I did not found any error messages, no ORA number either, but dumped a lot of message as

Because I am using a remote Sun box as the site to store the backup. I have checked the RMAN backup log and found no error either and there is no privilege problem ( when we did this months ago). How can I trace where is the cause of the error indicated in alert log?

我的回滚段只增不减，建了个新的把老的替换掉，老的DROP掉了，但硬盘上文件还在，没有释放掉，不知道怎么回事，能不能手动删除
