Oracle Database 19c RPM 安装简介

安装 19c 的 rpm 版本非常简洁，和 18c 一致：

以下是 19c 中的步骤。

首先下载 preinstall 包：

通过下载在本地的安装包进行安装：

如果要创建数据库，执行 /etc/init.d/oracledb_ORCLCDB-19c 即可。
